We can ship to virtually any address in India. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to few destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. If the item is available in stock the order will be processed in 2-3 working days and the item will shall be delivered within 8-10 working days depending upon the location of the delivery address. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Turnaround

All orders have customized delivery schedule, depending on the size and weight.
Usually it will be ready to ship within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm after placing an order.
For some items shipping time can vary from 48-72 hours minimum after placing the order.

Rustic offers shipping to almost all Pin Codes in the country. We use the standard shipping mode and operate via our logistics partners who are amongst the best in the country for product shipping.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. Some items will be shipped free of cost (inclusive of the order)
